A slice of heaven to get away and play! Wanting to get away from it all? The Pine Acres Cabin has all you need for a fun and secluded retreat. Sitting on 10 acres for endless fun. You are close to the Au Sable river and will also have the surrounding area to access trails for ORV/ATV, snowmobile & Side-by-Side fun. This property is sure to entertain in all 4 seasons including fishing, hunting, reunions, snowmobiling etc.

The space
This 2 bedroom, 1 bath can sleep 6 comfortably and is fully furnished for a home away from home. Fast WiFi, smart TVs setup with Roku, Grill, Heat & A/C, washer and dryer, fully functional kitchen. You get access to the entire house and fully finished and heated garage! The garage has a bar and fridge with a cathedral ceiling. Not to mention a pool table and TV. There is a drive thru shelter that is 12x24 for your toys on back side of garage. Nothing better than not having to get off/out, open a door, drive in, and have to close the door. This way you can park get off and not have to worry about leaving your toys out in the elements.

Guest access
The cabin is all yours for fun and relaxation during your stay.
Wifi is available, password is just on the side of the router.
The living room and bedrooms include smart TVs so you can log on to your own accounts making it more like a home away from home.
The master bedroom and dining area have an electric fireplace to add a little more warmth and more of that cabin feel.
The kitchen does have the amenities of a coffee maker, electric can opener, toaster, electric skillet, crock pot, microwave, oven/stove, refrigerator/freezer, pots and pans as well as glass dishware and cups.
There is a utility room where you may use the washer and dryer if needed as well as an area to hang up your clothes if needed. There is a laundry basket as well as a marble top folding station within the utility room.
Outside is a two car garage, the doors have to be manually opened. One side has a very nice bar and lounge area for you and your guests. Great for those days of being out and about, let's say snowmobiling on the trails, not ready to just go into the house yet? Throw some wood into the wood furnace, make your self a cocktail, hang up your gear and let your snowmobile thaw out while you hang out and relax.
Just around the back of the garage is a pull through, great for detailing your vehicles during the warmer months without having to be in the garage.
There is a stone fire pit just behind the house, feel free to gather around make memories and some smores.
During the non winter months there will be a grill and an outdoor patio set that seats 6-8 so you may enjoy the outdoors and get togethers.
