Whether you're walking the shaded pathways, going to the private beach, the basketball court, the lake fishing pier, tennis/pickleball courts or just steps to the pool there is something to please everyone.
The space
Grateful Days #218- discover your little piece of paradise. Enjoy puzzles or games in the open floor plan with a six seated kitchen table. Plenty of seating with a couch and a full- size sleeper sofa and leather swivel chair. Sleeper sofa has a memory foam mattress for extra comfort for sleeping. Sit in the reading corner in one of the 2 swivel chairs. TV’s are all smart and include cable.
Cook like a pro in a well-equipped kitchen featuring granite counters, stainless steel appliances and plenty of accessories. A stackable washer/dryer in the kitchen. A grill tool kit is provided to conveniently cook on the nearby grills.
Everyone’s favorite is the private, spacious screened porch. Enjoy your coffee or favorite beverage or eat at the bistro table. String lights, plants and plenty of seating make this the best spot to relax. Smart hanging TV.
The Master bedroom includes a tub/shower ensuite and a spacious walk-in closet with plenty of hangers and storage. The comfortable king size bed has 2 side tables that include ports to charge all of your devices. One table can be used as a desk if you have to work remotely. A full- length mirror makes getting ready a breeze.
The 2nd bedroom has a full size and a twin size bed. A smart TV hangs on the wall. There is a full length mirror on the back of the door. The bathroom with shower right by the room has a privacy door so you can close off that room. Plenty of storage and charging stations make this room feel big.
The included beach equipment makes getting to the beach easy. No busy roads to cross. Equipment includes a beach wagon, four chairs and an umbrella. Also, the kids will have some beach toys and noodles to use. If you prefer you can rent chairs/tables/umbrellas/kayaks/paddleboards/bonfires directly on the beach.
NOTE: MUST HAVE ONE IN YOUR PARTY 25 YEARS OR OLDER TO RENT- NO SMOKING, VAPING OR PETS ALLOWED.

*** Starter kit provided- 2 TP rolls per bathroom, all sheets, linens, towels, bath mats, bar soap and hand soap in bathrooms. Bathrooms include shampoo/conditioner and make-up remover wipes. Included- 7 kitchen garbage bags, 1 roll of paper towels, 1 kitchen sponge, 2 dish towels, 1 dishrag, small bottle of dishwashing liquid, Hand soap built in the sink, 7 dishwasher pods and 7 washing machine pods, 2 dryer sheets. Granite counter top cleaner and scrub brush.
