Pickets Cottage offers all the amenities and comforts of home within a light and airy, coastal-farmhouse decor that bursts with cozy charm. The location of Pickets Cottage is hard to beat for proximity to all the fun of downtown (1 block) and the waterfront (4 blocks). Dunedin itself offers the best in beaches, biking, breweries, boutiques & baseball - a true gem of the gulf coast!

1. The interior of the cottage has 2 single steps: 1 from the dining area into the living room and 1 from the kitchen into the primary room.
2. Security cameras are located on the exterior of the property. Two are directed at the entrance, parking spaces and driveway and the second is located at the rear of the property overlooking the rear entrances.
