Our huge backyard is truly an oasis! Multiple sitting areas to enjoy, including a large gazebo with misters, a 55 inch Smart tv, hot tub, bar and seating area; a beautiful rock waterfall and pond; grill area with bar and bar stools; a large swimming pool with basketball hoop and pool loungers; an outdoor gas fire pit with cozy adirondack chairs; 6 chaise lounges to soak up the sun or take a relaxing nap; an outdoor lighted gazebo for playing ping pong; a grassy area to play yard games - corn hole, spike-ball and 4 different yard games; a large outdoor dining table that seats 10-12; and a shady garden area with a large hammock for you to enjoy!

The updated the interior -includes 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Three bedrooms are upstairs include the main suite with private bathroom, outside deck and sitting area. The 2 additional bedrooms upstairs share a bathroom. The 4th bedroom and bathroom are on the main floor. We also have two great rooms on the main floor. One has big comfy couches and chairs and a 75 inch Smart TV, ready for game night, a movie night or just visiting!

The second great room has a pool table with a cozy sitting area around a brick fireplace and a café table and bar stools ready for a card game or cheering on the pool players.

Our kitchen has new appliances, a large dining table and a great view of the pool and back yard, ice-maker, blender, rice-cooker, coffee, and many small appliances to make your stay more enjoyable.

Guest access
There are multiple parking spots including one spot in the garage. There is an HOA rule to have no cars on street or on sidewalk areas overnight. Please be sure to park in the driveway area.

Other things to note
Pool Heating: There is an extra fee if you decide to heat the pool. Depending on the weather it is between $100 & $220 per day. But so worth it for a winter getaway to the sun! The pool temperature without heating will be similar to the night time low temp.

Neighborhood highlights

Arrowhead Ranch is a peaceful green area to enjoy walks around the golf course and small lakes. There is a neighborhood park- Utopia Park - about 1 block from our house which has a sand volleyball court, new lighted basketball court and a kids climbing structure. Also many public golf and pickleball courses nearby, walking and bike trails.

Our home is located in the Arrowhead Ranch area. Located right off the Loop 101 and 75th Ave, it is the perfect location to getting around the city quickly. Less than five minutes away from the Peoria Sports Complex (Spring training for Padres & Mariners) and Entertainment Row (Arrowhead mall, spas, restaurants and theatres). The University of Phoenix Stadium (home to the Arizona Cardinals) and the Glendale Arena (home to the Phoenix Coyotes and Arizona Sting) are just a few minutes away. Close to GCU, ASU and ACU! Minutes from Costco, Sam’s club, Walmart, and yet we are nestled into a private cul de sac with beautiful shady ficus trees and eleven palm trees. Come stay with us and enjoy this beautiful oasis!
