The Petite Pelican is a Tiny Home located in the bustling pier area of Holden Beach. The Petite Pelican provides easy access for sunbathing, shell collecting, beautiful sunset views, and walks on the beach with a public access right in your backyard.
One parking spot on the lot is included with your stay and daily paid parking is available in the adjacent lot for families with more than one vehicle.

The space
The Petite Pelican was constructed on a 8’ by 16’ purpose built trailer and features board and batten siding, a metal roof and full RV hookups.

A ductless mini split system keeps the tiny house comfortable while a tankless water heater provides endless hot water to the kitchen and bathroom fixtures.

The interior is finished with shiplap ceilings, bead board walls and LVP flooring throughout.

A cozy living room includes a twin sized day bed with a pull out trundle and an HD flat screen TV with digital antenna.

You'll find all of the modern functions in the kitchen with a microwave, full sized refrigerator and two burner gas cooktop. Custom cabinetry is topped with beautiful butcher block countertops.

A tile shower and a full sized residential toilet provide a functional bathroom with plenty of useful storage.

Finally, the sleeping loft includes a full size bed with amazing views from the four transom windows.

Other things to note
The Petite Pelican is parked on an oceanfront campground spot owned and rented by the Town of Holden Beach. In addition to a public restroom and shower, there are five other parking spots in the campground that may or not be occupied with other RVs during your stay.

WIFI: Please note that The Town of Holden Beach does not offer Wifi at the campground. However, the 32" TV does get several channels via a digital antenna.
