Pool Details:
The backyard is fully fenced for your peace of mind; perfect for families with young children. The pool is not heated, so it's most comfortable from late spring through early fall (Florida's natural warmth keeps it refreshing!).
Perfect for Families, Not for Parties:
This home is in a quiet residential neighborhood. We welcome families, girlfriend getaways, and multi-generational groups, but we have a strict no-party, no-event policy to respect our neighbors.
Climate Comfort:
Central AC and heat throughout. Ceiling fans in every bedroom.
What We Provide:
All bed linens and bath towels for your party size. Basic kitchen staples (salt, pepper, oil, coffee filters). Starter supply of paper towels, trash bags, toilet paper, dish soap.
Checkout Is Easy:
We just ask that you start the dishwasher, put towels in the laundry room, and take trash to the curb. That's it.
Quiet Hours:
Pool area and quiet hours are 10 PM - 8 AM out of respect for neighbors.
Early Check-In / Late Checkout:
Sometimes available, just ask! We'll do our best to accommodate if the calendar and cleaning schedule allows.
