You have access and use of the driveway and the entire front building’s upstairs called APT2!

You must go to the back of the front building and walk across the court yard to the stairs that lead to the second floor that have number 2 on them.

There is a key pad to enter a code to unlock the door. You will be given an entry code within 1 hour before check in. If you do not receive your code within one hour before check in, please message us.

Enter your code and hit the check mark to enter. To lock the door, either enter your code and hit check mark or hold the check mark button until you hear the door lock.

There is an outdoor shower setup at the foot of the driveway!

House Rules
- This property is MY PERSONAL second home! Please be respectful of my belongings in the apartment.
- We welcome families with children, however this property is not small child friendly, ages 1-5 will have access to many breakable items.
- Your party MUST BRING COMPLETE SHEET SETS (No sleeping with no top and bottom sheets of pillow cases, 1 queen, 1 full, 2 twin, 1 queen sleeper sofa)
- Booking Guest must be 25 years of age or older.
- If the Guest on the reservation (booking guest) is not present for the entire stay, all other guests will be required to leave the property immediately.
- No pets
- No smoking beyond the stairs up to the apartment (Marijuana or tobacco cigarettes, cigars, electronic cigarette, or any similar product whose use generates smoke or vapors)
- No Marijuana anywhere on the property
- No excessive alcohol consumption
- No under age alcohol consumption
- Children under the age of 18 must always be accompanied by an adult while on the balcony or the deck.
- No standing on any furniture at any time
- No parties or events
- We expect you to be respectful of the rules and the property. There will be no hesitation to end your stay if you violate any of these house rules.
- Check-in is any time 4PM or later and check out by 11AM - No bikes in the apartment, must be stored in the court yard
- Please be respectful of the neighbors and reduce noise volume between 8PM & 8AM
- The most important rule! Make sure to enjoy your getaway and have fun!!

I am born and raised in Jersey! I love the beach and the ocean, being close to water in general is a must for me! I have worked hard my whole life in the private sector (still do) and I am a Do It Myself kind of person! I will Google and You Tube anything and everything to learn to fix things on my own or learn about something new so I can be self-reliant! My sister, husband and I did most of the renovations on my listing ourselves!
