2 bedroom penthouse condo with rooftop pool, barbecue, bathroom and lounge areas, located 3 blocks from the beach. Beautiful views of the ocean and lush mountains from 2 balconies. Great Location in the flats of Old Town Romantic Zone steps from restaurants, bars, nightlife and shopping.

The space
Walk to the beach or lounge by the rooftop pool with magnificent views. Enjoy the open floor plan with disappearing wall of windows leading to the main balcony. Additional balcony from the rear master bedroom. Watch the fireworks nightly off the rear balcony overlooking the cathedral and the Bay of Banderas.
