The space
This comfortable home away from home has the perfect front yard for people-watching and a large backyard with a huge outdoor shower.
Inside this lovely spacious one-level home are three rooms with a perfectly equipped full kitchen, a cozy eating area, a comfortable living room, and one full bathroom—a gas grill for afternoon grilling. Use 4 bicycles, beach chairs, boogie boards, surfboards, and more. A water cooler is available to use by guests.

Guest access
The entire house is yours to enjoy while you visit the oldest city in the USA and its beautiful beaches. To cut down on waste we provide a water cooler for guests to use as they wish, water refill center is located at Publix, Winn-Dixie.

Other things to note
To make your stay as comfortable as possible, we've provided all the essential items you'll need, including shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper, and paper towels. We've also included some basic kitchen essentials, such as coffee, cream, sugar, sweeteners, salt, pepper, and light olive oil, so you can enjoy your meals easily.

If you need anything else, there's no need to worry. Everything you need is just one mile south, where you'll find Publix and Winn-Dixie grocery stores, Starbucks, Dunkin' Donuts, Bank of America, and a 24/7 convenience store. So whether you're looking to stock up on groceries or grab a quick snack, everything you need is just a short drive away. Costco was 18 miles or 30 minutes at exit 323. It's the same exit for Bucee''s and the world of golf.

Our street is considered the main entrance to the beach and the most popular. Every morning you can sit down and drink your coffee while watching the endless parade of surfers, and beach lovers walking to get their toes in the sand.
