This cozy guesthouse is a perfect getaway. It has SPECTACULAR views of the Priest and Three Ridges. Located in Massies Mill, it is a 20-30 minute drive to the Appalachian Trail, Wintergreen, breweries, wineries, and distilleries. It is also practically around the corner from Pharsalia Events. There are several convenience stores close by, but the closest grocery store is an 18 minute drive. Situated on 26 acres, there is more than a mile of marked trails available to walk as you wish.

The space
You will be staying in a detached apartment with all the comforts of home. The apartment is in close proximity to the main house, but there is a separate covered entrance and plenty of privacy. The apartment has magnificent views of the Priest mountain and Three Ridges. The kitchenette is equipped with under counter refrigerator (limited freezer space), a microwave, toaster oven, two eye cooktop, and sink. Cabinets have dishes and glassware to use during your stay. You have a full bath with shower and a lovely bedroom with queen sized bed. Bed and bath linens are provided.

Guest access
We are excited to announce that we have recently installed a hot tub that you have access to during your stay. We have provided towels that may be used if you enjoy the hot tub. We also ask that you avoid using glassware on the deck and in the hot tub. Find plasticware for that area.

We just completed building an outdoor shower, complete with hot water. The outdoor shower is NOT available in the winter months due to the risk of frozen pipes.

Other things to note
The guest book has a map with the marked trails you may walk while you are staying. We have designated many of the trails with blue blazes. We have a small creek that is accessible from these trails.

We also recently dug a pond on the other side of the property and installed a floating dock for swimming.

This beautiful guesthouse is located on Peak Time Property in peaceful quaint Massies Mill. Only minutes from the cabin are many orchards and pick-your-own farms, the Appalachian Trail, and Blue Mountain Barrel House! Only 20 minutes from the cabin is the 151 Brew Trail, where you can visit Devils Backbone, Bold Rock, Blue Toad, and many more. In addition, Wintergreen is only about 25 minutes to the bottom of the mountain.

If you are looking for a peaceful weekend in the mountains, there are many hikes and backpacking trails within minutes, like Crabtree Falls, Crabtree Meadows, Spy Rock, and many more. There are also more than a mile of marked trails on the property so you can enjoy nature without even leaving the property!

There is no phone service on the property and you have to drive 5 minutes away to get service. There is high-quality satellite wifi.
