• AWD or 4WD is required during winter and spring. The chalet is accessed by a maintained dirt road.

WEATHER + CANCELLATIONS

• Vermont weather can be unpredictable. Refunds or date changes are not provided for weather-related cancellations. Travel insurance is strongly recommended.

SMOKING POLICY

• No smoking or vaping of any kind inside or around the home. Evidence of indoor smoking of any kind or vaping is subject to a $1,000 remediation fee.

• Outdoor smoking must be at least 15 feet from the home, with all waste properly disposed of.
