Spacious one bedroom condo that sleeps 4 and is located on the first floor! The unit comes with a fully stocked kitchen, washer and dryer, private front patio area, and access to a resort style heated pool. The master bedroom has a king size bed and the couch makes into a queen bed. Rent a golf cart and cruise the short mile to the beach or explore and check out local restaurants and shops that are just a few minutes away. Enjoy other Corpus attractions such as the Aquarium and Lexington too!

Other things to note
Guests are provided with a starter set of consumable items such as toilet paper, paper towels, laundry soap, trash bags, and hospitality soaps. For longer stays or more intense use of these items, consider pre-packing some from home!

We provide a coffee pot, but be sure to pack your own coffee. Be sure to pack pool towels or purchase some from local beach shops. If you are cold natured, consider bringing an extra blanket.

The HOA determines when the pool will be heated. It is based on outdoor temps, and this usually happens in December-February. BUT it is contingent on weather.
