3 bedroom, 2.5 bath home at Parrott Ranch sits hilltop just seven miles east of Throckmorton, Texas. Whether you are in town to attend a special event, hunt in the area, or just passing through, please make time to sit back and enjoy breathtaking sunset views of the west Texas sky from the expansive covered back patio. Then gaze upward because 'The stars at night are big and bright' and you can truly relax and unwind 'deep in the heart of Texas.'

The space
Ranch home with rustic style. The large living room has oversize windows that provide views of the beautiful western sky. Full kitchen with connecting dining room and breakfast nook with plenty of seating for meals and game time. There are games available in the buffet in the breakfast area. There is a nearby half bath/wash room and full laundry room.
From the living room, the hall will take you to 3 bedrooms. The master bedroom has a king bed and hosts an ensuite bathroom with 2 vanity and sink areas, 2 closets, a deep soaking tub and a separate shower.
The 2 bedrooms each have a Queen sized bed and are connected by a shared bathroom with a shower/tub combination.
From the living room, the back door takes you out to an expansive back patio w/ outdoor dining table and gas grill.

The pond/dock is not available for guest use at this time.

Guests are free to use the entire home with the exception of a couple of storage spaces that we have locked.

The garage is not to be used by guests.

The rental includes the home and yard immediately around it. The pond is not to be used for swimming, wading, or fishing. The dock is not in service and is not to be used at this time.

The barns on the far side of the property are private and not for guest use.

Other things to note
The ranch is in a remote area with inherent risks. The nearest medical facility is located in Throckmorton.
