Trade the noise of everyday life for wide-open skies, unforgettable sunsets, and peaceful Texas nights. This charming 3-bedroom, 2.5-bath home sits just east of Throckmorton. Whether you’re in town for an event, a hunting trip, or simply looking to slow down and recharge, this comfortable non-smoking home is the perfect home base for 4–6 guests.

The space
Ranch home with rustic style. The large living room has oversize windows that provide views of the beautiful western sky. Full kitchen with connecting dining room and breakfast nook with plenty of seating for meals and game time. There are games available in the buffet in the breakfast area. There is a nearby half bath/wash room and full laundry room.
From the living room, the hall will take you to 3 bedrooms. The master bedroom has a king bed and hosts an ensuite bathroom with 2 vanity and sink areas, 2 closets, a deep soaking tub and a separate shower.
The 2 bedrooms each have a Queen sized bed and are connected by a shared bathroom with a shower/tub combination.
From the living room, the back door takes you out to an expansive back patio w/ outdoor dining table and gas grill.

The pond/dock is not available for guest use at this time.

Guests are free to use the entire home with the exception of a couple of storage spaces that we have locked.

The garage is not to be used by guests.

The rental includes the home and yard immediately around it. The pond is not to be used for swimming, wading, or fishing. The dock is not in service and is not to be used at this time.

The barns on the far side of the property are private and not for guest use.
