Spacious Layout for Relaxation and Gathering
This home features 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms, giving everyone plenty of space to relax. The open-concept living area is designed with comfort in mind you can kick off your shoes and unwind on the cozy sectional sofa as natural light fills the room. It's a great spot to spend time together after a day at the beach.
Modern Kitchen & Dining
The fully equipped kitchen is perfect for morning coffee or cooking meals at home. It flows seamlessly into the spacious dining area, where you can enjoy meals together, play games, or simply connect and relax.
Comfortable Bedrooms
Each bedroom is thoughtfully decorated with coastal-inspired touches, creating a peaceful atmosphere for a good night’s sleep. The master bedroom includes an ensuite bathroom, while the other two bedrooms share a second full bathroom. There’s also a half bathroom downstairs for added convenience.

Things to Know Before Booking:
Location: Paradise on Pointe is a corner-unit townhome located just a short drive from Panama City Beach. While not beachfront, you’ll be close to all the area’s top attractions, restaurants, and shopping spots.
Stairs: The home is two stories. All bedrooms are located upstairs. Guests should be comfortable using stairs.
Parking: Parking is available directly at the property. Please check for any vehicle size or number restrictions before arrival.
Occupancy: The home comfortably accommodates families, couples, or groups. Please ensure your booking reflects the correct number of guests.
Quiet Hours: Out of respect for neighbors and the community, quiet hours are in place (typically after 10 PM).
No Parties or Events: This home is intended for relaxing vacations. Parties or large gatherings are not permitted.
Check-In/Check-Out: Standard check-in and check-out times apply. Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request but is not guaranteed.
Cleanliness: We ask that guests treat the home with care and leave it in good condition. A cleaning fee helps us maintain high standards between each stay.
What’s Included: Towels, linens, and basic kitchenware are provided to make your stay more comfortable. We ask guests to bring their own toiletries, shampoo, bodywash, toothpaste, lotion. Kitchen dish detergent/ paper towels and bathroom soap and toilet paper are provided.

This house has 2 floors (stairs required).
Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM to ensure a peaceful stay for everyone.
No smoking or vaping inside or on the property. (Guests will incur $200 fee for smoking/ vaping/ e-cigarettes on premises).
Pets are allowed (2 pet max; dogs only).
One free parking space is provided on-site.
Please treat the space with care. This is our home away from home, and we want you to feel the same comfort during your stay. 💙
