Welcome to Paradise Found, a Premium one-bedroom condo with a comfortable open layout, thoughtful conveniences, and a screened balcony overlooking the water.
The spacious living room includes a queen hideaway sleeper sofa, allowing the condo to host up to four guests. A remote-controlled ceiling fan with special lighting, a TV, and plenty of seating create an inviting place to relax. The separate dining area offers another comfortable setting for meals or conversation.
The full kitchen is stocked with a refrigerator, range, microwave, coffee makers, toaster, slow cooker, cookware, dishes, glasses, utensils, spices, and everyday supplies.
The king bedroom includes a TV, dresser, nightstands, mirrors, and direct access toward the balcony. The bathroom features a dual-sink vanity and walk-in shower, with towels, storage, and a hair dryer provided. A full-size washer and dryer are also included.
Enjoy the screened balcony and water view, or settle into the furnished seating area outside the front door. Designated covered parking and coded entry add convenience from arrival through checkout.

The Paradise Lakes Resort Club is the central hub within our community and contains 6 pools, a sports bar, a night club, restaurant, gym, volleyball (sand and water) and has various daily & nightly activities.
You would be responsible for day fees to use the amenities inside of the resort.
A golf cart is also available for a modest additional charge, making it easy and fun to get around the Paradise Lakes community.
