The views and setting are unmatched. This is a peaceful, rural retreat away from commercial areas. The distance from town is intentional and is ideal for guests who value tranquility and space over convenience.
The space
Bedrooms & Bathrooms:
The home features two en-suite bedrooms, each with king-size beds and premium luxury mattresses. Multiple guests have commented that these are the most comfortable beds they’ve slept in.
Primary Bedroom:
The primary suite is huge, offering both ocean and tropical orchard views, with floor-to-ceiling glass sliders that open directly to the main lanai. It includes a large walk-in closet, his-and-hers sinks, a spacious shower, and windows overlooking the orchard.
Second Bedroom:
The second bedroom looks out onto lush orchard and jungle views through floor-to-ceiling glass sliders. It includes a walk-through closet, single vanity sink, tub/shower combo, and a Smart TV with Roku.
Lanai, Pool Deck, Outdoors:
Enjoy a spacious pool deck with loungers, a pool and hot tub with panoramic ocean views, a BBQ grill, covered outdoor dining, a fire pit table, a pool table, and a lush tropical garden that surrounds the home. Whether you’re swimming, cooking, stargazing, or simply doing nothing at all, the setting invites you to slow down and stay present.
Papa Belle is a fully functioning tropical orchard and farm, producing an abundance of fresh fruit throughout the year. Depending on the season, you’ll find avocado, mango, papaya, Blue Java banana, apple banana, white pineapple, guava, lilikoi (passionfruit), coffee, grapefruit, ruby red grapefruit, pomelo, lime, orange, cherry tomatoes, and more.
Guests are welcome to walk the property, explore the orchard, and pick fresh fruit to enjoy during their stay, often a favorite part of the experience for many.

You'll have access to everything described on the listing: The entire main level of the home as well as the outdoors, lanai, lower deck, pool, and spa are included. The lower level is completely separate and is occupied by the property owner.
Other things to note
No excessive noise at any time, parties, additional guests, or events are allowed at Papa Belle. Given the remote and tropical environment, you may encounter tropical wildlife outside and occasionally indoors (i.e. geckos, some ants), which are harmless to humans.

The property is located at the end of a dead-end road next to a large coffee farm, offering unprecedented privacy and serenity! Each property in the area is surrounded by a few acres or more, so it's unlikely you will see or hear others.
The area is filled with the sounds of nature and serenity. There are lots of lush tropical plants, trees, as well as plenty of Hawaiian wildlife. It's truly one of the most magical places on earth!
