Relax at this beautifully remodeled beach front condo. 180-degree views thru the floor to ceiling windows, gives you breathtaking views of the Gulf, Lull Water Lake, back bay and the fabulous Pier Park. The condo sleeps 6 with a king, twin bunks and a queen sleeper. The resort amenities include 2 huge lagoon pools and Jacuzzis, an indoor heated pool, fitness center with Roman Spa. Tiki Bar, Waves Restaurant & Flip Flops convenience store. Movie Theater. Mesmerizing white sand beach.

This unbelievable condo offers the perfect relaxing vacation. Sleeps up to 6 and is open concept with amazing views. Beach decor that gives this condo a relaxing vibe and the perfect place to escape.

New re-modernized elevator just outside unit around corner. Very nice!

Easily access this condo with smooth pre-registration through Tidewater Beach Resort.

“Please note: Our community HOA requires all guests to register before arrival and pay a separate one-time fee ($39) for parking passes and amenity access. This must be completed through the HOA website at least 24 hours before check-in. This fee is not collected by the host and is required by the HOA.”

Register on their website 24 hours prior to check-in for $39 or at check-in for $49 which will give you a parking permit and security wrist bands.

The code for the condo that you will receive after booking will activate at 4pm the day of check-in and be active until 10am the day of your check-out. No worries if you have a late arrival, see security desk on ground floor and they will get you your parking pass and wrist bands.

Other things to note
We have the best cleaning service that offers towels, linens, shampoo/conditioner, hand soap, toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, laundry soap and scrubbing pads. If you run low on any items, just let us know and we can get you stocked with more.
