This fully equipped 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo is designed for comfort, ease, and togetherness. The open-concept living space features modern coastal furnishings and a bright, welcoming atmosphere, creating the perfect home base for your vacation.
The primary suite includes a king bed with a private en-suite bathroom featuring a garden tub and shower. The second bedroom offers a twin-over-full bunk bed with a full bathroom featuring a walk-in shower. A queen sofa sleeper in the living room comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests.
The kitchen is fully equipped for your convenience. We aim to provide simple basics such as salt, pepper, and cooking oil; however, these are not guaranteed as they are consumable items. Guests should plan to bring or purchase their own spices, oils, and personal cooking items. Enjoy bar seating for 3 and a dining table for 4—perfect for family meals, game nights, and shared moments. The living room offers comfortable seating, coastal décor, a large Smart HDTV, cable, and free Wi-Fi.

Beach access is approximately a short walk or quick ride away (about 7–10 minutes depending on route), with seasonal shuttle service available when operating. Guests are also close to shopping, dining, and entertainment.

Guest access
Guests have full access to the entire private 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo, comfortably accommodating up to 6 guests.
Upon arrival, guests will check in at the main lobby front desk to receive parking passes, door key cards, and resort wristbands for their group.
Wristbands are required for access to resort amenities.

Resort Fees & Important Information
A $30 nightly resort fee (per reservation) is required by the resort and collected separately prior to arrival. This includes up to six (6) amenity wristbands. This fee is standard for the resort and required for all stays.
Travel insurance is recommended for added peace of mind.

The Palms of Destin offers a wide range of resort-style amenities for guest enjoyment. A mandatory resort amenity fee is required by The Palms of Destin Resort & Conference Center for all guests. This is a pass-through fee collected on behalf of the resort and is not optional.
The resort fee includes up to six (6) wristbands for amenity access. Children 10 and under are not required to wear a wristband.

Important Amenity Notice:
Resort amenities are managed and maintained by the resort association and/or third-party vendors. As this is a privately owned residence, the host does not control or guarantee the operation, availability, or maintenance of shared resort facilities.
Amenities may have reduced hours, seasonal availability, or temporary closures during the off-season (October–February) or due to maintenance. Schedules and availability are subject to change without notice and are typically posted at the resort.
Parking:
Each reservation includes two complimentary parking passes, provided separately from the resort fee.
Resort Fee:
The resort fee is $30 per night (per reservation, not per person) and is collected separately prior to arrival. A secure payment link will be provided approximately 14 days before check-in.
As with all resort communities, shared amenities and common areas may vary in activity and availability throughout your stay.
