▸ There is an ice machine conventionally located in the 1st floor atrium in the middle of the complex.
Other Things to Note:
1. Construction Notice:
*As you enter the complex, you might notice a small construction project at the very
front. You might hear some noise during the day from 8 to 5. All construction and noise from construction stops at 5:00 PM.

2. Pet Policy: We welcome furry friends! If you're planning to bring your dog, please inform us about the type and weight for approval. A non-refundable pet fee of $150 plus tax applies for two dogs up to 35 pounds each. Kindly add 'PET' to your reservation. NOTE: If you bring a pet that you have NOT paid for, this is in violation of our House Rules and you could be asked to leave with no refund.

3. Parking Information: Ample covered and uncovered parking is available at the complex. A fee of $10.00 per car per day plus sales tax is applicable. Note that the office does not accept cash. Trailers are allowed only during special event weekends and are subject to the same rate as cars. Parking rates are capped after $70.00 for a 30-day period.

4. EXTENDED STAYS Monthly rentals are considered in the off-season - Winter Texans, snowbirds, retirees, corporate stays, medical professionals, university students and plant workers

You will have access to the entire home. Upon booking and signing the rental agreement, you will receive an arrival email with the keyless lock code.

Other things to note
The Maravilla has THREE pools! This condo is across the street from the beach and just 5 minutes to Moody Gardens & Schlitterbahn Water Park. Pleasure Pier Cruise terminals and all other Galveston attractions about 10 minutes drive.
