Vacation rentals with beach access in Galveston

Their place was very clean and everything was very organized. Very close to the ocean and restaurants. I left my ring there by accident and they messaged me right away to let me know that they have found it. I don’t know how many places that would actually do that. The bed was very comfortable. All around great value for your money and super nice people.

Pam’s place is an absolute gem! If you’re in Galveston, definitely consider booking her place. It is extremely spacious, very clean, and has very nice amenities. The kitchen area in particular is large. The bed is very comfortable as well. Pam is also the perfect host! She has excellent recommendations for the local area. She also is extremely responsive, checked in on us to make sure we had everything we needed, and is extremely accommodating. We were in town so I could race Ironman 70.3 Texas. Perfect location and just a few minutes from the race venue. We highly recommend Pam’s place!

Just what we needed, close to all the restaurants, shops, and local dive bars. Pleasure Pier was literally a couple blocks away. We would definitely stay here again.

I was fortunate enough to stay at Joey's place for the Texas 70.3 at Moody Gardens. The space was actually much bigger than the pictures depicted, it was really spacious for myself and two others. Joey was always super responsive and helpful with everything. The "hassle free" checkout was phenomenal and made things so much easier. I think it was very competitively priced compared to the hotels in the area and I would definitely stay there again. Thank you for everything, it was a wonderful trip.

The beachfront location was perfect! This was a great home base for our exploration of the Galveston area. We would definitely stay again.

This was the perfect place for my mom to sit on the porch and watch the waves. Also the master bedroom had a wonderful sitting window with great views. My mom is already asking me when I can bring her back for more wave therapy. My mom uses a walker and building was easy for her navigate in the unit and outside. Looking forward to booking again.

This is one of the cutest beach houses on the block. It’s a very short walk to the pier with lots of dining options. The house itself has all the modern amenities like wifi, tv’s in each room and a full kitchen. It’s very cozy with two bedrooms and an open living room. The one bathroom could be coordinated without incident. Highly recommended as the neighborhood is relatively quiet and offers a front deck when relaxing at home.

Great and comfortable

The house is gorgeous and it has the most amazing views. Sunrise from the master bedroom windows was the highlight of each morning. The owners were helpful and very responsive - we had one or two small issues at checkin that they handled immediately. We loved the closet of board games! The area is quiet and there is only one grocery store but it had everything we needed. We didn’t go to any local restaurants. A few things to consider: the listing says 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms. This is true but one bedroom and bathroom is in an apartment downstairs so it wouldn’t be good for kids. It is a longer walk than it appears to the beach. It was fine for me and the kids but would’ve been way too far for someone with mobility challenges. The kitchen wasn’t as stocked as I had hoped (no real glass wine glasses, only plastic, not a lot of silverware, short supply of spatulas etc). Finally, there were no amenities for the beach, no buckets or shovels, no beach towels, so pack your own.

Location, location, location. This was perfect for us to spend time in both Galveston and Freeport. The peace and privacy of this place were perfect. Just a few steps to the beach it was great. Melanie and Daryl

House is in a great location right on the beach with easy access to and from. Being able to sit out on the deck and listen to the ocean was very peaceful!

The house was extremely beautiful. Great location. Clean & felt like a well deserved vacation.

Beautiful space, very nice to hang out with the friends. I saw previous reviews saying the fridge was small, but they must of changed, because it's a full sized fridge with a mini fridge upstairs. Hà was easy to communicate with and helpful. The bbq was charcoal not gas. Rooms were nice, kitchen had plenty of items and a lot of fun random DVDs. The beach is easily accessible, and it was a pleasure to sit on the deck. Nice views

This house exceeded our expectations in every way. It’s clear that the owners put a lot of care into maintaining the property and ensuring guests have a comfortable stay. Whether you're looking for a quiet retreat or a fun family vacation spot, this house is an excellent choice. The host was exceptional—very responsive and friendly. From the moment we booked, they made sure we had all the information we needed for a smooth check-in and stay. They were always available to answer any questions.

Mary's place was a really great value and was perfect for what we needed on this trip. We liked being able to watch our teens from the balcony and they liked being able to walk to the beach on their own. It felt very safe.

Angie’s place was great and exactly as described. The exterior of the complex could use some TLC but her unit is perfect. We enjoyed the view from the balcony for evening drinks and morning coffee. We were only there for two quick nights but it has everything you would need for a full week beach vacation. It was lovely and we will probably be back as our daughter is based in and out of Galveston on Carnival.

Stay was GREAT ! Me + 6 kids they absolutely loved it ! Close to the Ocean convient if you have toddlers . I like that location was off the main road so it was safe and secluded . Mary provided more than enough towels for my Full load . I will be returning soon . They also provided pool toys and a basketball and court for kids to play .. But most of ALL .. the Balcony in the bedroom and separate balcony for living room to watch the sunset was the BEST PART of my Stay !

Personally we loved that this little condo was down the strip from all the restaurants; provided peaceful surroundings and a not crowded beach experience. We did drive up ten minutes every night for dinner…we ate at The Spot, Doc Holidays and Rainforest Cafe. The condo itself was exactly as described; the bunk beds in the entry way was a perfect use of space to allow bigger families to have ample beds. Would definitely stay again!

The Victorian building could use some repairs, but this until is very well cared for and very clean! Both pools and hot tubs were well cared for and clean. check in was super easy. Walking across the street to Babe's Beach was simple and quick. The kitchen was well stocked and enabled us to cook meals easily instead of spending outrageous amounts of money on eating out. Walmart is literally across the street, so anything we forgot to bring was easily bought right next door! Honestly, we adored our stay and wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. Thank you for helping to make our stay comfortable and easy!

Upon arrival we found the unit easily. It is in a great area! The host was AMAZING. She responds so quickly and is happy to help with so many things. Seriously. No words. The condo was beautiful and clean. We were extremely pleased. The beds were so comfortable and the balcony was roomy and comfortable

We loved our Airbnb especially our host! The check in at the lobby right up front was so flexible and quick even with us arriving from Dallas at midnight, we got a parking pass which is a one time 25$ fee and parking was amazing cause it was right below our room and we didn’t have any issues finding a space to park all weekend . Our balcony faced the beach and we were able to literally cross the street & were right on the sand and pier. It was so quiet and peaceful. The area feels so safe, my boyfriend and I went walking on the beach picking seashells at 11pm and didn’t feel unsafe even for a second. The condo is so clean and there’s a lot of thoughtful touches, k cups, water bottles, extra bath towels, toilet paper, hand towels, trash bags, fully stocked kitchen utensils and cups/ plates. Bed was SO comfy & there were plenty of fresh pillows, & blankets. Anh made sure to give very clear instructions & made it so easy to book our stay. We can’t wait to book her other places!
