The space
We honeymooned in Napa Valley in 1991 and dreamed of living on a vineyard and hosting guests in a B&B since. This is our time. We purchased a 2 acre vineyard in Palisade, Colorado.
We look forward to hosting you in our comfortable lock out unit with private entrance, patio and amazing views of Palisade. This is more than just a place to lay your head after wine tasting, mountain biking, hiking, skiing on the Grand Mesa or enjoying Colorado river activities. Walking distance to wineries and downtown Palisade. Our goal is to share the experience of Palisade with you through all the seasons Colorado has to offer.
The space is your own, separate entrance and self check in and check out. Wonderful private patio (the beach) with fire pit and patio furniture to enjoy meals, wine and to unwind after a day enjoying all that Palisade and the West Slope of Colorado has to offer.
Sleeps 2. Our unit and property is not ideal for children under 2. Please consider this as you review and book the property for your stay.

This guest suite is a lock out unit located in the Vinelands of Palisade, Colorado. Grapes and peach orchards surround the few homes. Wake up to the sunrise on the Mesa and the sunset on the Monument. Short walk to wineries in the Vinelands and to the cute town of Palisade. Other wineries are just a short drive away. Mountain biking, hiking, river rafting are within 10 minutes.

Our honeymoon in Napa Valley years ago planted the seed of living in wine country. Here we are in Palisade - Colorado's wine country!
We love hosting guests on our Cab Franc Vineyard.
We love to travel, try new wines, golf & explore outdoors. Our perfect getaway includes a hike, great food and anything water or beach related. The Beach House name is due to our love of water, beaches and Jimmy Buffett.
