The beautiful Grade 2 listed Manor house of Painters dated 1547 which has lent its name to the surrounding village recently teased back to its historic best revealing the nooks, crackles & crannies of its 500 years. Filled with an eclectic array of antiques and quirky finds, the house can accomodate up to 12 folk available for families, friends & corporate holiday stays. Painters Farm set in its own acre of gardens, Kent Downs AONB, just 200yds from The Alma Pub serving good ales & great food.

The space
A lovely example of a Kentish Hall house built on flint footings on the chalky soil of the Kent Downs a designated Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. Over the past 500 years previous custodians have added beams and nooks to shape
the interior to the comfort and fashions of the time - two huge inglenook fires warm the winter months with crackling logs well stocked in the farm barns.

Guest access
The house has three designated parking spaces with more vehicles easily accomodated in the adjacent farm yards. Faversham rail station is just two miles away a quick cab ride for £7 each way.
