Our place have 4 air conditioner that install in 4 bedrooms, 1st floor living room have 2 portable classic fan, 2nd floor work place with sofa space have 1 modern mist fan.

Cleaning during stay only Thb1500/time

2. Cooking is allowed. Keep clean to avoid any insects.

3. If the toilet is clogged, THB3,000 each fine will be charged. so throw toilet paper in a bin please.

4. For late check out, THB500/hour will be charged and no others check in.

5. Pets under 8kg. are allowed. (Need pet fee THB1000 per 1 per stay)

6. Pet allowed (below 8kg.) well trained can be more bigger size
