Welcome to Orange House Norfolk, a beautifully recently refurbished luxury one-bedroom apartment located in the charming coastal village of Heacham, just moments from the stunning Norfolk coastline.
You will be staying in a private, self contained, 1 bedroomed annexe adjoining our home by locked doors
This stylish accommodation offers a perfect blend of comfort and elegance, featuring a spacious king-size bedroom, tasteful interiors and modern conveniences throughout. The apartment has a washing machine and tumble dryer. The fully fitted luxury kitchen provides everything needed for relaxing self-catering stays. Outside, the property boasts a large enclosed private garden for your exclusive use . Orange House Norfolk is ideal for guests travelling with pets, as the accommodation and hosts are very pet friendly. One dog is welcomed but 2 small dogs may be welcomed subject to agreement upfront but Orange house is not suitable for reactive dogs. An EV charger is also available, providing convenient charging for electric vehicles.

Guests have off road parking with an EV charging point and a private entrance to a large garden reserved for their exclusive use. The area is fully enclosed and pet friendly. The hosts own 3 friendly, small spaniels who use a separate but adjacent garden.
Seating for multiple people is available offering many lounging and seating options for guests under the shelter of a large gazebo or in full sunlight. The walled garden is well maintained with a large patio area, lawn and beds.
Orange House Norfolk is perfect to enjoy the often clear Norfolk night skies and usually extremely quiet outside of bird calls! We offer multiple cushions making you comfortable outside for optimal relaxation time.

Sandringham, Snettisham, Old Hunstanton, Holme and Hunstanton can be reached by car within 10 mins. Within 20 mins you can reach RSPB at Titchwell, the beautiful beach at Brancaster and Thornham. Heacham has 2 beaches right on your doorstep, supermarkets, shops and pubs. We can offer recommendations for multiple excellent restaurants and limited catering options can also be arranged at extra cost and with prior arrangement.
