Let your inner hipster shine when you are surrounded by mid-century modern details in this stunning home. Although there are many nods to the 1950’s, this is a far cry from your grandma’s beach home! Each space is bright, chic and thoughtfully planned by professionals who spent the pandemic obsessing about details.

The outdoor living area checks all the boxes for the diverse souls in your family. The Insta-grammers will be so busy with this back drop that they’ll need an extra week! The shade lovers will find more than ample refuge and breeze. The turf is perfect for the yogis. The sun seekers will soak up the rays on the Brazilian hardwood deck. Amphibians of all sorts love the sparkly 6 foot deep custom concrete pool. The gamers will trade their consoles for paddles and will be ping pong savants within hours. Set the Sonos speakers to the soundtrack of your choice, relax and enjoy the smiles and styles of your crew in this incredibly hip space. Don’t settle for less.

At Orange Crush, we have a hardwired Chargepoint EV charger in addition to a dedicated outlet for charging on a separate circuit. Bring 2 vehicles and charge both at the same time...we have you covered.

Guest access
Guests have access to the entire home and pool area during their stay. Plenty of parking available in the driveway.

Other things to note
**NOTE: $100 Non-Refundable Pet Fee** - Please select the pet fee option when booking. 2 dog maximum. Sorry, but not cats! Dogs are not allowed in the pool.

*Pool is seasonal and open from April until October 15. The pool does not have a heater. Hot tub is open year-round.

DOG BEACH LAWS:
Dogs are permitted on the beach in Southern Shores from 6 PM–9 AM from May 15–September 15, and on a leash year-round when off private property. Dogs are permitted on the beach at anytime the rest of the year.
