Inside, enjoy a fully stocked kitchen with modern appliances and granite countertops—ideal for whipping up beach-day breakfasts or sunset dinners. The open-concept living area features comfy seating and Smart TVs, creating a warm and welcoming space to relax together.
Each bedroom is tastefully furnished for a restful night’s sleep, including a spacious king suite and cozy guest rooms. Fresh linens and towels are always provided, so you can pack light and settle in stress-free. Central air conditioning ensures the home stays cool and comfortable all summer long.
Step outside to a private, fenced-in backyard with a grill and outdoor seating—great for barbecues, morning coffee, or evening wine under the stars. The screened-in porch offers a breezy, bug-free space to unwind after a day at the beach.

Guest access
During your stay at Summer Knights, you'll have full private access to the home—king suite, two additional bedrooms, two full bathrooms, the living and dining areas, kitchen, screened-in porch, fenced backyard, garage, and driveway parking.
Parking: Per OVBC community rules, short-term renters are allowed up to 3 vehicles (one per bedroom). Use the garage and driveway first; on-street parking is not guaranteed.
Community Amenities (Stays of 7+ Nights):
The Ocean View Beach Club clubhouse and amenity complex is a short walk from the home. Guests staying 7+ nights can purchase weekly wristbands at the Management Office in the Clubhouse ($45/person, credit card only, 9 AM–5 PM daily). Wristbands are required for everyone age 6 and older.
• Seasonal outdoor pool (9 AM–9 PM daily through Labor Day; no lifeguard after 6 PM)
• Fitness center (age 14+ only)
• Sauna and steam rooms
• Clubhouse with lounges, billiards, card room, and game rooms (open 5 AM–10 PM)
• Pickleball and basketball on a multi-use sport court (reservation at Management Office, 1 hour/day per stay)
• Bocce, ping pong, and borrowable sports equipment
• Seasonal beach shuttle stop (weekends + Memorial Day, July 4, Labor Day; first run 9:30 AM, last return 4 PM)
• Seasonal exercise classes (yoga, spin, aqua aerobics, Zumba; fee paid to instructor)
• Massages by appointment; food trucks most Friday and Sunday evenings
Children under 14 must be supervised in the Clubhouse and pool area and are not permitted in the Fitness Center.
During the off-season (September–May), when the outdoor pool is closed, wristbands are available at a reduced rate granting full access to the indoor facilities.
A blue access card (required for Clubhouse and pool entry) is provided in the home upon arrival. Self check-in via smart lock—arrive on your schedule after 4:00 PM.

Per OVBC community rules, short-term renters are allowed up to 3 vehicles (one per bedroom). Park in the garage and driveway first; on-street parking is not guaranteed. Community speed limit is 15 mph; quiet hours are 10 PM–7 AM. No pets, no smoking, no parties/events.
Beach Parking Update
Starting May 15, Bethany Beach, Dewey Beach, and Rehoboth Beach enforce paid parking at $4/hour (Fenwick Island is considering the same). Most lots now use the ParkMobile app—download and set it up before you arrive to receive payment reminders and add time remotely without returning to your car.
Coastal Highway Speed Limits
DelDOT has lowered speed limits on Coastal Highway (Route 1) between Dewey Beach and the DE/MD line. The top speed is now 50 mph, with a section reduced to 35 mph. For everyone's safety—and to avoid a ticket—please plan for a bit more travel time and adhere to the posted limits. Safe travels!
