Guests will enter using their unique door code, which you will receive 24 to 48 hours prior to your arrival. **Press the two random numbers that appear on the keypad first then enter your unique code. Please ensure you access only the Unit B property. Thank you!

* Must be 21 years or older to book. The person who books the property must be present and stay with the group.
* Loud parties, loud music, large events and fireworks are not allowed.
* Small, intimate family gatherings are acceptable (ex: birthdays, baby shower, bridal shower) ***✨Ask us about our SMALL EVENT PACKAGE DEAL that can be added on with your reservation! 🥳🥂🎉***
*Quiet hours are between 10 pm - 7 am
* Please rinse off and remove excess sand and lotion prior to entering the hot tub after beach days. Safety information is posted near the hot tub.
*No pets allowed. Our home is not suitable to accommodate pets. Unauthorized pets will be asked to be removed and will result in an additional $100/day non-refundable cleaning fee.
*Cleaning fee includes indoor/outdoor cleaning, laundry and linens, hot tub cleaning and maintenance.
* We use unscented, dye-free detergent for all laundry and linens for guests with sensitivities and allergies.
* Parking in the property is free. Please help us keep the lawn beautiful by keeping all wheels off the turf grass; We kindly ask that you do not block the driveway of Unit A. (Home is a Duplex). Parking lot can hold up to Max 3 compact cars or 2 bigger SUVs. Thank you! 🙏🏼
Key Crescent Beach Access Points & Details:
Boardwalk Access: Located across the street towards Jellison Rd. Take a left at the neighborhood stop sign on Broward St., and the entrance is after the one-story home. Unfortunately, there is no parking for vehicles in this area.
Driving Access: Crescent Beach features a primary vehicle access ramp at Cubbedge Road (1 minute away), allowing vehicles (4WD) to drive directly onto the sand, weather permitting. Located at the end of Cubbedge Road, St. Augustine, FL 32080. There is free parking in this area.
Driving Rules: The speed limit on the beach is 10 mph. Access depends on tide and sand conditions.
Beach Passes: Required for driving from March 1 – Sept 30 ($10 daily for residents/non-residents).
Another Access: Further north, access is available at Mary’s Street (3 min away).
