​Enjoy the beauty of the sunset from this one bedroom, one loft, one and one half bath beach house located on the bay side of the Bolivar Peninsula. The house sleeps up to six but is most comfortable for a family of four and is a great romantic getaway for a couple. The house features views of the Gulf of Mexico and East Bay. This quiet location is excellent for fishing, bird watching and enjoying the beach.

The space
The open floor plan provides a spacious area for guests to relax and gather together for meals. ​The deck is surrounded by water views and is a brief walk from the beach. A public boat ramp is less than a mile from the house and gives boaters access to the bay. It is also located a few miles from premier bird watching areas including Bolivar Flats.
