Guests have the entire space to yourselves, over 2,200 sq ft, plus huge wraparound balcony with covered front porch with 18-ft ceilings, another wraparound porch below, and another balcony with private hot tub.

The three acres of land, including two driveways is all private as well.

Guests stay in the upper two stories of the house. (The ground-level basement is locked off to guests and serves as unoccupied storage space.)
