Beautiful modern space, peaceful & has beautiful views of the trees and hillside. You’ll love my place because of the large king size bed, large open spaces & private balcony. My place is perfect for everyone whether on vacation or business.

You will have your own private entrance to the first fl. of the apartment, full bathroom, private balcony, large open kitchen & large living room, w/ NO shared spaces.

Oakland Airport (10 min) & BART are few miles away w/ freeway access close by.

The space
Newly remodeled and clean modern home. Furniture is modern and simple with some artwork that usually changes frequently throughout the home. The place is large (1000 sq. ft.+) and you will feel at-home as soon as you walk in.

Beautiful private balcony , full open kitchen, large bedroom , private bathroom, and large living room.

Other things to note
This apartment is on the first floor and there are 2 flights of stairs to access the apartment. This would not be a good place to stay if you have any physical limitations or unable to carry your personal luggage or items up/down the stairs. There are no elevators or escalators.

Neighborhood highlights

The neighborhood is very quiet and away from businesses. However, everything is within a quick drive within minutes.

We are located on hill with a small grade when parking. The back is full of trees and local wildlife, birds , hawks, owls, a ton of squirrels , and crickets during the warmer nights are heard.
