The space
This spacious 1,100 sq ft condo was fully renovated and thoughtfully designed for a clean, modern, comfortable stay near NRG Stadium. The split-bedroom layout gives guests extra privacy: each king bedroom is located on a different side of the condo with its own full bathroom, while the living room, dining area, and kitchen are in the center.
The condo features designer finishes throughout, including quartz countertops, premium wood flooring, remodeled bathrooms, brand-new appliances, and smart home features with touch lighting controls.
The living room includes a large smart TV, a sofa that unfolds into a king-size bed, and a rollaway single bed - all with fresh linens provided.
Both bedrooms feature king-size beds, 55" smart TVs with streaming apps, blackout window coverings for better sleep and privacy, and walk-in closets fitted with full organization systems - shelving, drawers, and hanging rails.
One of the bedrooms additionally has a fold-out chair bed, giving the space comfortable sleeping for up to 8 guests.
The modern kitchen is fully equipped with cookware, quality small appliances, air fryer, toaster, tea setup, and an upgraded coffee station with multiple brewing options including drip coffee, pod coffee, pour-over, and French press.
Every guest gets a full set of fresh towels, extra pillows, and blankets. We also provide a complete toiletry kit - shampoo, conditioner, body wash, disposable toothbrushes, razors with shaving cream, and everything else you'd expect from a well-stocked hotel.

Guests have full access to the entire condo and private balcony. The building offers elevator access, making arrival and luggage handling easy - especially after long event days.

While most units across the entire complex still have their original 1979 finishes underneath a fresh coat of paint, this one was completely gutted and rebuilt: all floors were leveled and re-poured, all plumbing and pipes were replaced, and every surface was redone from scratch. The renovation took over six months to complete.
No corners were cut on materials: quartz countertops, premium hardwood flooring, designer tile, and high-end appliances throughout. Everything you see was chosen with quality in mind - because we wanted to build something we'd actually want to stay in ourselves.

The condo is located in the Texas Medical Center / NRG Stadium area - one of Houston's most convenient locations, but not its most polished. The streets and surroundings have a lived-in, no-frills character: this is a working-class residential neighborhood, not a resort area.
That said, it's genuinely safe. We've spent a lot of time here - packages left outside the door for days, including a TV once, and nothing was ever touched.
The complex itself is pretty well-maintained: common areas, hallways, elevators, and lobby glass are cleaned multiple times a week. It's quiet, primarily occupied by long-term residents and medical professionals.
If every place in this area looks similar from the outside, the difference is always what's inside. We think we've taken care of that part.
