Welcome to our Northside Condo in Ocean City, Maryland. Has a brand new fully stocked kitchen and full sized appliances. In the living room there is a 50" Smart TV and DVD player. The condo is located on the 2nd floor and has a lovely view of Northside Park and the bay from the balcony. It is a short 1.5 block walk to the beach. The condo also has access to a shared pool on the property. Lots of restaurants and grocery store within walking distance. Excellent location!

Neighborhood highlights

This uptown location is awesome! We are just steps from the bay and 1.5 blocks from the beach and ocean and right across the street from Ocean City's Northside Park. The park features ball fields, walking paths, a lagoon and fishing pier. And of course, fireworks and concerts all summer long. Within walking distance are great restaurants and shopping. The north side is the less congested part of Ocean City, but the hustle and bustle of downtown and the boardwalk are only a few minutes away.
