This spacious, three-storey mid-terrace townhouse with spectacular panoramic sea views, is ideally located just 130 yards from Sheringham’s award-winning beach and promenade.
This property sleeps 13, with 5 Bedrooms spread over the first and second floors many with sea views and washbasins. Log burner in the main living room. Outdoor seating on the terrace makes the most of the coastal setting.
The space
After over 20 years of family holidays spent along this very road, it’s a dream come true for us to now own No. 4 Seaview – and we’re honoured to share it with you. We have only recently taken on the property, so we will be continuously refreshing and refurbishing. By the time you come to visit, there’ll be even more improvements to the property.
The house features a bright and cosy sitting room with electric coal-effect fire, a sea-facing conservatory with large dining table, and a well-equipped kitchen. This property sleeps 13, with 5 Bedrooms spread over the first and second floors many with sea views and washbasins, and a sofa bed in the living room. Outdoor seating on the terrace makes the most of the coastal setting.
Ground floor toilet and sink. First floor bathroom with bath, shower, sink and separate room for a toilet. Top floor shower room with sink and toilet. A bath towel and hand towel will be provided per person.
Dog-friendly (up to two small/medium well behaved dogs) and family-ready, the property includes stair gates, a travel cot (please bring own sheet and bedding), high chair, private parking for two cars, and step-free access via the nearby public car park. We do charge an additional fee of £20 per dog, per stay.
Sheringham’s cafes, shops, and train station are all within walking distance, making No. 4 Seaview a fantastic getaway for families, walkers, and beach lovers alike.

Golf holidays: The property is within ten miles of Sheringham Golf club and the Royal cromer Golf club. It is within twenty miles of the Links Country Park Golf Club, Mundesley Golf club, Royal West Norfolk Golf Club and Hunstanton Golf Club.
We are currently in the process of refreshing and updating the property, with thoughtful improvements already underway and more planned over the coming months. While the home retains its original charm, you’ll notice continuous updates designed to enhance your stay. We appreciate your understanding as we improve the property for future visits.
