The perfect getaway by the sea! Our top floor private suite has been rated 5 ☆ by over 100 guests.
It's in the heart of Overstrand, a short stroll from a lovely beach, shop, pub & cafe.

The space
Overstrand is a coastal village in an area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, 1.5 miles east of Cromer.
Sandy beaches, flinty villages and panoramic skies combine to make this a special place to visit.
The suite is on the top floor of our 3 storey home. Formerly an art studio, it has been fully renovated for the sole use of guests.
Although the house entrance and ground floor staircase is shared with us, the suite is completely private with its own sitting room, bedroom and en-suite bathroom.
As we live at the property, the rest of the house (including kitchen) is not shared.
A light breakfast of cereals & fresh milk is provided. If you prefer to eat out for breakfast, there are cafes & pubs within walking distance.
☆ Please note there are no kitchen facilities in the suite.
Guest access
Guests have sole use of the top floor, accessed up two flights of stairs. The stairs are original, so please note that the second flight is curved with lowered head height.
•Shared areas are limited to front door, stairs and landing.
During your stay
As we live at the property, we are usually available to lend a hand in person or by phone.
A handbook is available for guests with information about the house, village, local area, attractions, places to eat and drink, etc.
We have good knowledge of North Norfolk, which we will be pleased to share with you if requested.
We also appreciate that some guests like to enjoy a high level of privacy with minimal interaction...and that is fine too!
Other things to note
We provide a light breakfast of cereals (choice of two), fresh milk, and a selection of beverages. There's a mini fridge, espresso machine & coffee pods.
Please let us know in advance if you have any allergies and intolerances.
As this is our home, guest access is restricted to the top floor accomodation and there is no kitchen access.
