Welcome to Nine By The Sea! This luxury rental is perfectly appointed, well maintained, and conveniently located in the heart of Oak Island. Walk to all your favorite shops, restaurants, grocery stores, and most importantly - THE BEACH! Bring the pups to enjoy the fully fenced backyard with charcoal grill.

The outside living continues on the screened back porch - perfect for morning coffee and conversation as you watch the sun rise. The front porch is also screened and is the perfect spot to catch sunset while sipping your favorite beverage.

Inside you'll find an open concept living and dining room open to the fully-stocked granite & stainless kitchen. The laundry room is also conveniently located off the kitchen. The primary suite is also located on the first floor, complete with en-suite full bathroom.

Upstairs you'll find 2 spacious bedrooms each with a queen bed and fully outfitted bedrooms. Both rooms share a common full bathroom located at the top of the steps. There is also an extra half bath located on the first floor for added convenience.
