Welcome to our renovated Nihilani retreat in lush Princeville — your home away from home on Kauai’s beautiful North Shore. With 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, and over 1,400 sq ft of open living space, our condo blends comfort, style, and island charm. From the chef’s kitchen to the stocked beach gear, you’ll have everything you need to relax, explore, and enjoy aloha life.
The open-concept living area features a large, comfortable living room with a 65" smart TV (Hulu & Netflix included), perfect for relaxing after a day of island adventures. The gourmet kitchen is fully equipped with granite countertops and all the appliances you could need—including a coffee maker, air fryer, waffle maker, InstaPot, blender, and more—making cooking a joy. The spacious dining area flows seamlessly onto the lanai, where you can savor your morning coffee or enjoy an evening meal in the 200 sq ft outdoor space, complete with ceiling fans, a dining table, and a cozy lounge couch.
The master bedroom boasts a luxurious Cal King bed and a 55" smart TV, while the guest bedroom offers a comfortable Queen bed and a 45" smart TV. The living room includes a queen sofa bed for additional guests. Other thoughtful touches include a small office nook, full-sized laundry room, and central A/C with ceiling fans throughout to keep you cool and comfortable.
The beautiful Nihilani complex pool area—featuring a free-form pool, relaxing Jacuzzi, covered cabana, and spacious BBQ—is just a short, peaceful walk away. Conveniently close for easy enjoyment, yet tucked far enough to keep your condo quiet and private. Note that the pool is not heated and may be cooler during winter months.
Your private attached 2-car garage (parking for one vehicle) offers convenient, direct access to the condo. As a ground-floor unit, please note that some noise from upstairs neighbors may be heard.

Guest access
Guests have full access to the entire condo, except for the owner’s closet. The owner’s vehicle is parked in the garage, but there’s still ample space for your rental car. If your vehicle is larger or you have any parking concerns, please reach out to the host, and we’ll gladly help arrange guest parking nearby.
Other things to note
The community pool is not heated, so it can feel chilly during winter months—but the spa/jacuzzi is heated and features soothing jets for your comfort. The sun’s warmth usually makes the pool refreshing when it’s shining.
The A/C is set to a minimum of 74°F to balance comfort and energy use. During cooler months, opening windows at night can help cool the condo naturally and keep costs down. If you’d like the temperature set lower, a $25/day fee applies upon request. Ceiling fans throughout the condo, plus additional floor fans, help keep the space comfortable and breezy.
To help ensure all amenities are available and the property is well-maintained for every guest, we have a motion-activated camera in the garage and a Ring doorbell at the front entrance. These devices only record when motion is detected. No cameras are installed inside the home, and your privacy is our top priority.
A recent new law (Bill 1836, now Act 96) was passed in Hawai‘i to support climate and environmental efforts. Starting January 1, 2026, a new 0.75% “Green Fee” will apply to all short-term stays across the state. Since Airbnb doesn’t yet support collecting this added tax, guests with 2026 travel dates will be asked to pay it separately. Tax rates are set by local/state agencies and may change at any time.
