GUEST NOTE:
1. Please bring your extra towels if needed, we provide enough towels based on guest booking.
2. Our laundry room is for our cleaning maid to wash off after each stay.
3. Currently, there is no wifi service available, you can use hotspot from your phone.
4. There will be one camera at the Entrance pole monitor incoming guest, active 24 hours
5. Reservation must shows actual number of guest for correct price. Listing price is for first guest. Addtional guest will be charged $40/night.

We are renting the house and interior usage of the house for hospitality. If guest is accessing outside for gathering, they will assume their own risk.
