The house is bright and very cozy. It has hardwood ceilings and floors and everything in it is chic and high quality.

The house is strategically located in Villaverde, in the north of Fuerteventura. The village is small and has excellent restaurants, 2 bakeries and 2 supermarkets. It is 10 km from Corralejo and its famous sand dunes, 10 km from the picturesque El Cotillo and 4 km from Lajares and its surfing atmosphere.

We have installed a state-of-the-art solar station, which produces all the electricity we need and more. The hot water system is solar thermal, 300 liters.

All the water used in the house is purified and recycled to water the garden.

The beds are 90x200. High-end Eco visco-elastic mattresses, very comfortable.

The house is perfect for vacations, remote work, and longer stays.
