NeoNauta23 is a modern, luxurious house constructed in 2021.
It has been designed and built with exquisite love for detail and quality.
The furniture is stylish and all is ready for you to enjoy.
The plot is 3000m2 and the neighbors are distant. You will truly experience space and silence. All rooms and common areas surround the pool. The house enjoys total privacy and open views into the nearby volcanoes and the ocean in the distance.

The space
All spaces are luminous and cozy. Floors and ceilings have tropical wood.
Kitchen, dining and living area are open space with great views and connected to the main terrace.
The 3 bedrooms are very large (around 40m2 each), they have private bathroom, large closets and desks with comfortable working chairs. All have direct access to the pool area.
The terrace is very spacious, with 80m2 of tropical wood decking, a large dining table and sunbeds for everyone. The pool is 10x4m, organic and surrounded by the garden where palm and fruit trees are starting to grow.

The property has a private gate and parking. You will need a car.
At the doorstep there are trails for pleasant walking, running and mountain biking.

The house is strategically located in Villaverde, in the North of Fuerteventura. The town is small and it has excellent restaurants, 2 bakeries and 2 supermarkets. It is 10km from Corralejo and its famous sand dunes, 10 km from picturesque El Cotillo and 4km from Lajares and its surfer vibe.
Casa Neonauta is a real sustainable place. We have installed a solar station, which produces all the electricity we need and more.

All water used in the house is purified and the recycled to irrigate the garden.

The beds are either 180x200 or 90x200. All have high end comfortable Eco viscoelastic mattresses.

The pool is not protected, therefore, we cannot host children under five who cannot properly swim.

The house is perfectly suited for holidays, for remote working and for longer stays.

We are available 24/7. We will share with you our favourite restaurants and other tips.

Larger groups can additioally rent the nearby NeoNauta mini, a truly cute 50 m2 nano house ideal for two people.
