The apartment is located in a preserved bay surrounded by nature (mangroves, ocean, tropical vegetation).
👉 You may occasionally encounter natural elements (insects, wind, etc.), which are part of the authentic charm of the area.
🌊 Sargassum
Depending on the season and weather conditions, sargassum may be present on the beach.
👉 This can vary from day to day and is beyond our control.
👉 The residence makes continuous efforts to keep the beach clean and enjoyable.
💡 Good news: the community is currently installing anti-sargassum barriers in the bay, which should significantly reduce or even eliminate its presence.
👉 In any case, you will also enjoy beautiful pools, the rooftop, and we are happy to recommend nearby beaches or cenotes.
