Welcome to Little Miss Cocoa Bae — your private, resort-style retreat on Florida’s Space Coast.
This thoughtfully designed single-story home offers the perfect balance of comfort, style, and functionality for families, groups, and getaway travelers alike. The layout is ideal for privacy, with the primary suite (Bedroom 3) tucked away on the right side of the home, featuring a private ensuite bathroom. Three additional bedrooms are located on the opposite side, along with a second full bath—perfect for shared stays without feeling crowded.

Guest access
Guests will have full access to the home, gameroom and yard area. Yard gates are locked and will only be accessed by lawn and pool service providers.

We are always working to enhance Little Miss Cocoa Bae for future guests. From time to time you may notice upgrades, improvements, or minor maintenance projects as we continue improving the property and amenities. Décor, furnishings, and amenities may occasionally be updated and may vary slightly from listing photos.
Identification Verification
For the safety and security of our guests and property, government ID verification may be required after booking. All information is handled securely and used solely for reservation verification.
Neighborhood Respect
Little Miss Cocoa Bae is located in a residential neighborhood. Guests are expected to respect neighbors and maintain a peaceful environment during their stay.
Quiet Hours
Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM in accordance with local neighborhood expectations.
Pool Information
The home features a private, unheated saltwater pool. The pool includes a small jetted bench area designed to help circulate water as part of the filtration system. This feature is not heated and is not a hot tub.
There is also a waterfall feature that is integrated into the pool’s filtration system and operates on a timer. It will turn on and off automatically throughout the day.
For safety and proper operation, we kindly ask that guests do not touch or alter any pool equipment or settings.
Door Chimes (Pool Safety Feature)
For added safety, the home is equipped with chime-style alerts on exterior doors that sound when opened. This is a pool safety precaution, especially for families traveling with children.
These are gentle chimes (not loud alarms) and are intended to provide an extra layer of awareness when doors are opened.
Security Cameras Disclosure
For the safety of our guests and property, exterior Ring security cameras are in place. These include:
* Ring doorbell camera at the front entrance
* Ring floodlight camera monitoring the driveway
* Ring camera monitoring the pool equipment area (does not have a view of the pool itself)
* Ring camera covering the right-side fence/front entrance area
All cameras are located outside only and are used for security purposes. There are no cameras inside the home or monitoring any private areas.
Noise Monitoring
The property is equipped with a decibel-based noise monitoring device. The system does not record conversations and only measures sound levels to help ensure compliance with quiet hours.
Starter Supplies
Starter supplies are provided for your first night, including basic toiletries and cleaning items. Guests may need to purchase additional supplies for longer stays.
Amenities & Maintenance
Amenities such as the pool and game room equipment require routine maintenance and may occasionally be unavailable due to servicing or repair.
Rental Agreement
After booking, guests will be required to review and sign a short-term rental agreement provided by North By South Rentals LLC.
