The space
Sleeps up to 5 people and features a spacious master bedroom with king-size bed, two twin-size bunk-beds, and a comfortable sofa, ensuring everyone has their own space to relax and unwind.

The full bathroom includes a bathtub and shower for your convenience.

Large open-space living area is perfect for cooking, eating, and relaxing together.

The fully equipped kitchen includes everything you need to prepare your favorite meals, and the dining table and living room with comfortable armchairs and a coffee table provide the perfect space to enjoy.

Step out onto our balcony and enjoy the view of the palm trees and walkway, perfect for people watching, or stay entertained with our free high-speed internet/WiFi or enjoy our large 4K TV and its free-streaming apps (or use your own paid subscriptions such as Netflix, Prime, Apple TV)

We provide a basic starter pack for guests, including travel-size toiletries, a limited supply of paper products, and laundry/dishwasher detergent. This includes enough to get you through a day or two, depending on personal usage. If you have a longer stay planned, you may wish to bring or purchase more. Additionally, we do not supply coffee, spices, or other kitchen food items.
Included: 2 x toilet paper rolls, 2 x paper towel rolls, hand soap, bath towels, 2 x 13-gallon trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and some coffee filters. Feel free to bring any extras.

Guest access
The entire condo is available to guests. It’s located in a 2-story building with two similar condos (A - top floor, B - ground floor), each with its own private entrance and parking space. Our door smart-locks, controlled by your secure code or fingerprint, facilitate self-checkin and self-checkout.

Other things to note
This villa consist of two separate condos, with separate entrances, each rented separately.
This is condo B on the ground-floor and has no stairs to climb.

The village swimming pool is seasonally heated Nov-March, and its sun deck area is ideal for soaking up the warm Florida sunshine.

During Spring breaks, the local homeowners association (HOA) mandates a minimum age of 25 for the renter and this is enforced at checkin.
