The Salty Dogs Beach House is not available for parties or events out of respect for our residential community. Guests are limited to those included in the reservation.

• Minimum 7-night stay
• Linens are included
• Maximum of two dogs per stay. A $250 pet fee applies.
•The primary renter must be 25 years of age or older.The person making the reservation must be part of the group staying at the property (no third-party bookings permitted).

We understand that accidents can happen. If one occurs, please notify us right away so we can address it promptly. For your convenience, a carpet shampooer is available for minor incidents.

You are vacationing near wildlife reserves and sensitive coastal habitats. While we perform quarterly pest control, occasional bugs can be normal in this area. Finding a bug or two does not qualify for a refund. However, if you notice an unusual number of bugs, please contact us with photos and locations so we can assist.

A signed rental agreement is required to finalize your reservation.

Neighborhood highlights

One of the major benefits of booking with us is the private stair access to Corolla Beach. We are also a minute walk to the Corolla Greenway that is the perfect pedestrian path to enjoy family walks or bicycle rides while enjoying the Outer banks scenery. Our portion of the Ocean sands community is right across from grocery, clothing, and dining options however there are several areas to explore along the NC 12. Please don’t hesitate to ask for recommendations!
