Hello 2026! Murphy's Salty Hideout is ready for you! Owner Managed. Located on the 8th Floor. We are steps away from several onsite restaurants/pools, and the BEACH. There's so much at Laketown Wharf Resort that you won't have to leave the grounds. Our spacious, updated condo offers unbeatable Gulf views! Resort Fee is $78.17 Max: 6 guests. No lobby check-in!! Must Be 21+

The space
Our condo features a huge open kitchen, dining, and living room with a beautiful landscape view of the Gulf. Completely updated! You'll have a private balcony with a couch and coffee table, 2 rocker chairs, and a bar height table with 2 chairs to enjoy the fresh sea breeze while having your morning cup of coffee or lunch/dinner outside. We provide the highest speed Wi-Fi we can get. Smart TV's in both the Master bedroom and Living room. You can cast from your devices, or you can sign-in to your favorite app to watch your programs.
The Master bedroom has a King bed, closet (with iron, ironing board, vacuum, and hangers). The bunk room is separated by a barndoor for privacy w/2 twin beds- bunk style- and a full bathroom.
New sofa and loveseat are both equipped with sleepers.
Fully stocked Kitchen w/ stove/oven, microwave, dishwasher, and coffee makers. Washer and Dryer in our condo.

Guest access
All guests 12+ of age are required to wear armbands on the property. These offer access to amenities and for onsite patrol to easily identify that you are a paying guest. The Resort Fee of $78.17, is not included in the booking. You will pay that separately after booking.
You will receive check-in instructions and your personal door code 24hrs prior to your arrival date/time. It will include our House Manual as well. Check-out instructions will be sent day before departure.
We also offer mobile access to our Condo. Let me know if you would like this feature.
Early check-in may not always be available. We aim to ensure you can have a peaceful, clean atmosphere, so you can focus on your vacation with family and friends. Please be understanding if we have to say No sometimes.

Other things to note
LTW Resort offers a sprawling boardwalk surrounding the lakes edge with outdoor seating for 5 of the 7 onsite restaurants. **Some Restaurants onsite will have reduced hours or close completely October through April.** Along with 810 Billiards and Bowling that is now open, there's also a new breakfast/brunch restaurant (In Cahoots), NEW grab-and-go Drink shop (The Tipsy Turtle), Pizza (PCB Pizza and Wings), burgers (The Bun Lab and cocktail bar), on your way to/from the beach, or lunch/snacks/drinks from the poolside grille. The huge Multi-level gym has all of your workout needs with panoramic views of the Gulf and Lake. On your journey across the lake you can take in all of the surrounding wonder in the gazebo from the middle of the Lake.
Located across the Lake you can find a Pickle Ball court, and access to Sweet Cone Alabama ice cream shop. A putting green is located on the 3rd floor for practice shots before heading to the golf course next door.
Charcoal grills and tables are available on the North side and South side (right below our condo) for all of your outdoor grilling needs. Just bring food and supplies.
All of this just an elevator ride away from your "Home Away" with the elevators/stairs immediately available out the front door of our Condo. A fountain music & light show display every evening over the lake at 8pm (time may vary). Just step out the front door and enjoy!
