READY FOR THE VIEWS? Murphy's Landing is a luxury home with spectacular views, upscale finishes and modern feel. This 5-star rated, dog-friendly home is perfectly located near downtown. Fully fenced backyard. Enjoy coffee and cocktails on the huge, south-facing deck with "sunrise-to-sunset" views over the marsh. 15 minute walk to the beach. 3 bedroom, 2 full bath home sleeps 7. Outdoor shower, beach chairs and buggy provided. Linens included and arrive to beds made!

The space
Murphy's Landing is the perfect 3 bedroom, 2 bath, 1200 sq. ft. home with tons of amenities. Sleeping 7, this home is close to the 31st street foot bridge by the Rec. Center, and centrally located near Middleton Ave, and Downtown OKI - a prime location!

Plenty of parking (up to 4 cars) in the front driveway. Ample space under the house to store all your beach gear. When you come home, rinse off and rejuvenate in the outdoor shower. Cozy up with good book and a cup of coffee on the sofas downstairs overlooking nature. Sip your morning coffee or evening cocktails on the HUGE front porch overlooking the marshlands and the Davis canal.

Inside, you’ll find a fully-equipped cook’s kitchen with brand new stainless steel appliances, granite counters, and plenty of counter and storage space. Extra cookware, silverware, and dinnerware, and glassware fill the cabinets so you are not constantly washing dishes.

When its time for bed, pick your favorite spot to retire. The primary bedroom has a huge en-suite bathroom, a king bed with extra pillows. The 2nd bedroom boasts a queen bed, large closet and dedicated workspace. The 3rd bedroom with a twin-over-full bunk beds - perfect for the kids. The main bathroom is equipped with a tub/shower combination.
