With 1,200 sq. ft. of living space and room to sleep 7 guests, this home is perfectly located near the 31st Street footbridge by the Recreation Center, Middleton Avenue, and downtown Oak Island — making it easy to enjoy the beach, shops, restaurants, and local attractions.

The outdoor spaces are designed for relaxing and enjoying the coastal lifestyle. With parking for up to 4 vehicles and plenty of storage underneath for beach gear, your vacation setup is easy. After a day in the sand, rinse off in the outdoor shower, then unwind downstairs with a good book while taking in the peaceful surroundings. The highlight of the home is the spacious front porch overlooking the marshlands and Davis Canal — the perfect spot for morning coffee, evening cocktails, and unforgettable sunsets.

Inside, the fully equipped kitchen makes preparing meals simple with brand-new stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and plenty of cookware, dishes, glassware, and storage space. The comfortable living area provides the perfect place to gather after a day of island adventures.

When it’s time to rest, choose from three inviting bedrooms. The primary suite features a king bed, extra pillows, and a large private en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom offers a queen bed, spacious closet, and dedicated workspace. The third bedroom is perfect for kids or additional guests with a twin-over-full bunk bed.
