Searching for the perfect COASTAL OFF-SEASON ESCAPE? With its idyllic climate and wonderfully deserted beaches, our dog-friendly Oak Island home is the answer. Fenced Yard! Murphy's Landing has stunning south-facing "sunrise-to-sunset" views over the marsh and Davis Canal and 15 minute walk to the beach. This modern 3 bedroom, 2 full bath home sleeps 7 with open concept living is perfect for enjoying family time. Enjoy coffee or cocktails on the huge porch. Linens included.

The space
Murphy's Landing is the perfect 3 bedroom, 2 bath, 1200 sq. ft. home with tons of amenities. Sleeping 7, this home is close to the 31st street foot bridge by the Rec. Center, and centrally located near Middleton Ave, and Downtown OKI - a prime location!

Plenty of parking (up to 4 cars) in the front driveway. Ample space under the house to store all your beach gear. When you come home, rinse off and rejuvenate in the outdoor shower. Cozy up with good book and a cup of coffee on the sofas downstairs overlooking nature. Sip your morning coffee or evening cocktails on the HUGE front porch overlooking the marshlands and the Davis canal.

Inside, you’ll find a fully-equipped cook’s kitchen with brand new stainless steel appliances, granite counters, and plenty of counter and storage space. Extra cookware, silverware, and dinnerware, and glassware fill the cabinets so you are not constantly washing dishes.

When its time for bed, pick your favorite spot to retire. The primary bedroom has a huge en-suite bathroom, a king bed with extra pillows. The 2nd bedroom boasts a queen bed, large closet and dedicated workspace. The 3rd bedroom with a twin-over-full bunk beds - perfect for the kids. The main bathroom is equipped with a tub/shower combination.

- Minimum age requirement to rent is 25 years old.
- Up to 3 dogs are welcome, but no cats or other pets accepted.
- Washer and dryer is available for use during your stay.
- Hand soap and dish soap are provided.
- Shampoo/bath soap and laundry detergent are not provided.
- Some paper towels, garbage bags, dishwasher detergent/packs and toilet paper provided to get you started, but you may need more during your stay.
