Villa Mo is a 2 bedroom / 3 bed (sofa bed) modern Villa with a private pool nestled amongst a patch of beautiful Goan Paddy fields.

Located within a condominium surrounded by forests, very quiet and peaceful, and a short drive from some of the best beaches and restaurants in North Goa.

Large sliding doors open up to give the living room an open-air feel and a cozy vista-view lounge. Enjoy the tropical feel from the living room and stunning views of the paddy fields from the private terrace.

The space
The Villa features a striking open plan living room with dining and kitchen with expansive glass windows that let you fully soak in Goa’s lush, tropical vibe. This also opens up onto your own private pool.

The living room (ground floor) is equipped with a sofa cum bed (comfortably sleeps 2) and a 55 inch Sony Android TV.

Upstairs (first floor), you'll find 2 serene bedrooms with an attached bathroom ( 1 bathroom is just outside the door of the bedroom) and a private terrace offering elevated views. Each bedroom has its own TV and ample wardrobe space, making it ideal for families, couples, or friends traveling together.

The second floor is out of bounds to guests. This is the private space of the house owner.

Located within an exclusive and very private gated estate, that offers a dedicated Gym and large community swimming pool with over half the property devoted to beautifully landscaped gardens and quiet, grass-lined lanes—perfect for peaceful strolls and laid-back living.

Guest access
Guests have private access to the ground and first floor of the villa and also the entire outdoor and pool areas.
The second floor is private and out of bounds for guests.

Parking available for 1 car.
There is a car parked in the designated parking but you can park right behind it or on the road in front of the villa.

Other things to note
In the event of occasional power cuts, a powerful inverter backup kicks in automatically and fridge, TV, WiFi, lights and fans will continue to work!

Please note the 2nd floor of the house is out of bounds for guests and this is the private apartment where the owner lives.
They will not be in your space or using any of the facilities of the villa.

This villa has it's own private pool. There is an additional large pool and gym which is of the society. The gym is basic with cardio equipment (1 each of cross trainer, cycle and treadmill), a bench with dumbbells and a multi-purpose weight machine.
