Located in a serene village with a bird watching point just round the corner, a beautiful beach 10 to 15 min walking dist. away, restaurants and a mini mart also closely located. The Int.Airport, the bus and train stations in close proximity makes our place perfect to relax and enjoy ones stay in Goa.

My place is a 10-min walk from the beautiful white sandy beach of Carmona/Zalor. It's just perfect for an early morning stroll, jog or a dip in the warm clean waters. Miles of clean white sand for the kids who may even be lucky enough to spot dolphins swimming in the shallows. There's also a family-friendly eatery close that serves yummy Goan food - Pomfret curry, prawns masala, calamari--and pretty good vegetarian stuff too. This is the best accomodation in the entire complex!

We had a great stay at this B&B in Goa! There was plenty of space for our group of four, and the location was spot on—tucked away in a quiet estate but just minutes from the beach. Shops and restaurants were really close too, which was super convenient. It was boiling hot, but thankfully, the air-conditioning in the bedrooms worked well, which was a lifesaver. We didn’t end up using the pool, but it’s right outside if you fancy a dip. Shiny was fantastic with her communication—super proactive and made sure we had everything we needed, even though we didn’t get to meet her. All in all, a solid choice for a relaxing stay!

I had an amazing stay in this cozy and well-equipped apartment! The place felt like a home away from home, with everything I needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. Pratik is super host and his parents are very cool and responsive. One of the best parts of staying here was the convenience. There’s a general store right below the apartment, making it super easy to grab any essentials without going far. Whether it was snacks, toiletries, or last-minute groceries, everything was just a few steps away! The location is another highlight. It’s close to the beach, which means I could enjoy beautiful morning walks by the shore and stunning sunsets in the evening. Plus, there are plenty of hotels and restaurants nearby, offering a variety of delicious food.

Harry and Tanna was a fantastic host Harry was responsive he helped me with the things . The location was great easy to find and everything as expected. One small issue was network and wifi is little weak besides that everything fine Overall, I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay in this area.

A rare gem . Tastefully crafted house built on the river edge and brilliantly decorated . The house is located at lands end, set in a calm surrounding but all the south Goa special eateries, cafés, bars and stores are at convenient distance . Lalith golf course is 5 mins walk away, multiple beaches around. The house is loaded with all essentials, kitchen and fridge have all supplies - feels at home. Nafisa is a great cook serving hot breakfast. And to top it up - the lovely guest manager Katja . She is an expert with the locality and provides all help to make the stay memorable. will be surely visiting again to experience this again

Great location for family or 2/3 couples- good size rooms each with en-suite. Pool is clean & complex is small, clean & safe. 2 mins walk into main shopping street with Restaurants. ATM outside gate & great restaurant opposite, although all we tried in town are fantastic. £1.50 tuktuk to beautiful beach or 20mins easy walk. Definitely recommend

This is one of the best villas I've stayed in. The location is a bit difficult to find as the map location is incorrect, but the you get awed after reaching here. The Mapusa river provides a picturesque background. The villa is pristine with a top notch interior. All the rooms are aesthetically decorated. There are 2 care takers who were polite and attentive. The food quality was good. A suggestion for cook to prepare just enough food to avoid wastage. The V are family team was proactive in all the communication to make it a smooth experience. Very much appreciated. It was a wonderful experience and would love to recommend for people who want to rest away from the Goa hustle.

We are a family of 9 and this villa was amazing from the size to the location, it had everything the cleaner was lovely and we had clean towels every day. There is a pool on site just one min away. We would recommend this villa to large families, beautiful scenic location, great air con in every room. Kitchen well equipped but we only just used the glasses as so many great restaurants in walking distance to eat.

We stayed at the property to spend new year with family and we had people of all ages, everyone felt like they were home. It's well spaced and has enough room. Kids and elders enjoyed the pool dips. The host and housekeepers are polite and respond immediately. It was a smooth transition from entry to exit. Thank you for hosting us. One suggestion - keeping tubes or pool noodles would be nice.
