Accommodation in the heart of Funchal with a view that will take your breath away! Two bedroom, two bathroom top floor apartment with a huge private terrace(60sq. m) and a private balcony, close to the amenities. Walking distance from the city center, marina, shopping malls and famous Madeira wine houses. Lovely Santa Luzia park 1 min away, perfect for a stroll or having your morning coffee.
TOURIST TAX to be applied in Madeira from 1st of October'24: 2 EUR per night, per person up to 7 nights.

The space
Very spacious apartment that has a lot of air and natural light. The terrace is exposed to the sun throughout the day but apartment itself stays fresh. The terrace and the balcony allow the guests to spend a lot of time outside and enjoy incredible views.

Guest access
There is a garage entrance from Tv. do Torreao, Parking is Number 29, access via the lift to Floor -2.
There is a lift( max. 2 people) which we do not manage. Please make sure you are able to take the stairs if it becomes temporarily unavailable.

Other things to note
NOTICE! Currently there are construction works in the area, therefore there might be some noise during the day time on weekdays approx. 8am-5pm. If you require further details on proximity of the location, please send us a message.
LIFT: Please note that there is a single lift (max. 2 people) in the building which we do not manage. Please make sure you are able to take the stairs to the 4th Floor in case lift becomes temporarily unavailable.
Early check-in/late check-out: subject to availability and additional charge of €40.
CHRISTMAS Day: Please note check-in and check out are NOT available on the 25th of DECEMBER!
