The space
Walk to the beach, catch sunset on the sound, and unwind overlooking the golf course—all from one perfectly located OBX retreat.
Park in the carport, step inside, and start relaxing immediately—no hauling bags through the rain or sand. Entry is simple with a keypad, and you’ll walk straight into the private king suite, complete with its own bathroom and a quiet deck with slingback chairs—perfect for slow mornings or winding down at night.
Upstairs, you’ll find two comfortable queen bedrooms plus chairs that convert to single beds on the sunrise side, along with a shared full bathroom—ideal for families or small groups.
The main living space is bright, open, and designed for easy coastal living. There is plenty of room to gather with two couches and a reclining chair, a dining table for six, and a stocked kitchen ready for anything from quick breakfasts to full dinners. You’ll have everything you need: stove, microwave, dishwasher, full-size fridge (filtered water and ice), toaster, blender, mixer, drip coffee maker, plus a Keurig tucked in the pantry, along with cookware, dishes, and glassware.
Step out onto the deck, settle into the captain’s chairs, and enjoy views of the golf course as the sky shifts into sunset.
Out back, the home sits along the 13th hole, with a tucked-away path through the trees that leads toward the course sidewalk—an easy place to stretch your legs, walk the dog or explore a bit.
When you’re ready to grill, everything is set up in the garage—just roll it out and you’re good to go.
One of the best parts of this home is the location. In just a short walk, you can reach the sound for incredible sunsets, kayaking, or paddleboarding. Head down S. Link Dr. for about five minutes and look for the Village private access—quiet, peaceful, and often uncrowded or cross Croatan highway to access the beach.
Whether you’re here for beach days, sunset walks, or just a relaxed OBX getaway, this home makes it easy to do it all.
Guest access
Everything in the home is fully available to the guest. There are some stock items in the kitchen for your use. (i.e. spices, oils, teas, coffee).
Take a hike to the sound for a sunset closeup or to put in your board/kayak by taking a left on seachase and walking till you see the blue private entrance sign on your right. It's about a 5 minute walk.
Walk thru the trees outback and in seconds be on the 13th hole of the golf course.
Parking pass is available for the Village beach parking lot/bath house.
