Why Koru:
The word "Koru" has its origins in the Māori culture of New Zealand. In Māori, "koru" refers to the spiral shape of an unfurling fern frond. It symbolizes new life, growth, and harmony. The koru represents the concept of renewal and rebirth, much like the fiddlehead ferns that grow in your mountains.
